Keppel Land and Metland launch new landed housing development in East Jakarta

Jakarta, Indonesia, 17 October 2019 – Keppel Land Limited (Keppel Land) and PT Metropolitan Land Tbk. (Metland) are pleased to announce the launch of Phase 1 of Wisteria, a landed residential project nestled in the heart of East Jakarta. Wisteria will comprise 381 units of garden-concept landed homes, of which 141 units will be available for sale as part of the initial launch.
The development is strategically sited on a prime seven-hectare land plot that is in close proximity to a wide spectrum of retail amenities such as AEON Cakung, IKEA, as well as key educational and medical institutions.

The units come in three standard configurations with a starting price of Rp 1.5 billion. The development is ideal for young couples and families making their first home purchase, as well as property upgraders looking to settle in a strategically located residential estate.

NUP (Nomor Urut Pemesanan, or priority booking) collection for Phase 1 will commence on 17 October 2019. Initial launch prices will be applicable for homebuyers who register their interest for these units during the NUP collection period.
Phase 1 of Wisteria comprises 141 units. Homeowners will be able to enjoy a wide variety of amenities and facilities, such as a fully equipped clubhouse and spacious green spaces.
